Top 5 Things to do with the kids at Blessingbourne Estate!
1. Ride a Mountain Bike
Whether your kids have never hopped on a bike before or are seasoned experts in racing around the garden, they will love learning and fine tuning their skills here at Blessingbourne! Our Bike trails have something for everyone to enjoy! From absolute beginners to the more skilled kids, by then end of your stay with us the kids will be flying around on their bikes.
2. Walk a Dog
There is nothing that puts a damper on your holiday than having to say goodbye to your beloved pet at the Kennels as you head off. Here at Blessingbourne we welcome anything from a Hamster to a Horse! Your kids will love bringing the whole family on holiday with them! If you don’t have a pet then you can always borrow one of our friendly dogs to take on a roam around our fairytale woodlands.
3. Catch a Fish
Make your trip a memorable one by fishing with the kids! Your Kids will be scrambling to tell everyone that they caught a fish on their holiday when they get home, what bigger achievement than that! So spend a day with the kids taking in the views of our private lough Fadda and enjoying some quality time together.
4. Feed the Peacocks
Our resident Peacocks are very friendly and never say no to being fed! Your Kids will just love spotting these colourful show offs around our Estate and feeding them. A rare and exciting experience for any child!
5. Spot a Red Squirrel
Keep a keen eye out when you wander through our fairy-tale woodlands on your next trip and play spot the squirrel! We are proud to be home to a family of gorgeous little red squirrels who aren’t too shy! We often get told by our guests that they seen them scampering around the Estate.
